Oatmeal with banana in the morning, turkey sandwich in the afternoon, chicken fish or steak for dinner with vegetable, and fruits as occasional snacks...any suggestions?

chicken, tuna, and turkey are the mainstays of my diet, lean white meat is awesome. milk + whey protein shake once a day, whole grain bread, lots of water, and supreme pizza lean pockets (200 calories, 30 grams of protein, whats not to like?)

this sounds a lot like what i used to eat when i was training, i'd have a big bowl of oatmeal for breakfast with honey in it - oatmeal tastes like crap without the honey, otherwise i couldn't eat it, also i'd drink lots of milk - a big glass with my oatmeal for breakfast. lunch would usually be something like tuna sandwiches - good protein and cheap, or grilled cheese, and asian noodles. for supper i'd have chicken or fish with some carbs, potato or pasta. sometimes if trained really hard that day ( went running - 8 or 5 km) i'd have a protein shake before bed

i'm a honey man, myself, but i've heard good things about dextrose ( really simple sugar ) mixed with various things - creatine and o.j. ( not simpson ), in this case. now u got me curious, though, i may try the sugar cain - can't say it without laughing though, becuz it reminds me of this song by Danzig called "Twist of Cain" - there's a funny story behind that song and one of my buddies and this pleasingly plump girl whose last name was Cain
