This guy is ridiculous. $1.5M. WTF!!!!! He's nuts!
Marquez has become irrelevant and everybody should forget about him now. He's chickened out using the purse as excuse.
I think Marquez got a breather in there... not fighting Pac, I mean.
Now, this question has been ringing in my ears eversince news of Pac-Morales started to break out:
Was Marquez seriously in training high up in the mountains of Mexico in preparation for Pacquiao? If he's gonna demand $1.5M which even himself knows is impossible... then why the heck is he training for Pacquiao... which won't happen anyway?
My take is that Marquez is really 10,000 feet in the mountains of Mexico...
... HIDING!!!
Marquez knows himself best. And there are probably things in the first match that Marquez felt... and which us fans don't know. And that feeling has caused Marquez to chicken out on the rematch.

Do you think 1.5M is reasonable for JMM ?

I think Marquez deserves a bigger payday because he proved that he is at least equally as good as Pacquiao is.

I myself think that JMM deserves at least the same purse as PAC but if nobody including TOP RANK is willing to give him the payday he desire, then by all means he should accept the fight for 750K...
JMM is not EM or MAB who are both certified crowd drawers to command 1.5M ...

if JMM realy is worth the $1.5M he's askin' let him fight other opponents then and let's see if he can draw a crowd deserving to what he's demanding.
