I believe RJJ took before a fight, and tested positive afterwards, so be careful, from that standpoint.

i stand against supplements personally

i dont think its sustainable as when you stop taking them your body cannot keep that level of work up with a natural protein intake...then muscle breaks down and skin sags etc

Ripped fuel is a thermogenic that allows fat burning to take place more rapidly. Taking this supplement works well for short term use. Once you have burned the fat that you wanted to burn, stop using it. The key to optimal use of thermogenics is to retain a lifestyle that can maintain the results that you have obtained.

If you are going to take a supplement take Creatine. It is produced naturally by the body, has no negative side effects, is good for you too. Ripped Fuel supposedly isnt good for your heart in the long term as it makes it race!

I started taking this yesterday and followed what it says.Take 2 in the morning and 2 later in day.Im gonna start just taking it the morning cause last night I couldnt get to sleep till like 2 in the morn.Im trying to get back down to a super lean 200 pounds and as soon as i do i will stop taking it.Started working out in Feb. and Ive lost ten pounds,225 to 217 playing basketball and lifting small weight with lots of sets and reps.Ive been doing 5-8 sets of 12-15 reps with 165 and lots of push-ups 5 sets of 20 in 20 min.Im gonna try to get a six pack something a havent had since I was a teen.I hope this product puts me in the game.

I would still google it,it says ephedra free but a new thing called ephedrin has been made very similar to ephedra so check it out. Creatine has some bad side effects by the way, long term on the liver, you retain lots of water when u take creatine, i like a lot of protein tho.
