I am 5'11" and about 185 pounds. I have been part of a boxing gym for about two years straight then due to school (I had just started college) I was out for six months. now I am back and am wanting to to get back into fighting shape. I realize I should have an idea about a meal plan but I don't because I was just going to the gym to work out not to box until I realized that boxing was such a big part of my life while I was out of the gym for so long. now I would like to take up boxing. I know I'm pretty old to be deciding this but I want to put in the work and that includes my diet. So if anyone can help please do it will be much appreciated thank you.
