i use sauna suits somtimes in my boxing workout but i dont actually know if they help you lose more weight in the long run or is it just somthing to use to cut quick water weight any info apperciated

well i was told by my coaches that it works to lose wait . but i never treid it my self

i know it cuts weight fast but pretty sure its just water weight although on the other hand raising your body temp might help burn more fat or somthin im just not sure......
