It said ft. Mac Dre when I downloaded it but all 3 of the first guys sound the same so I dunno if he's actually in it.

I think he has been a bit overrated since his death but he is a legend without a doubt. His longevity in the game is amazing especially with all the albums he has dropped. Him and JT The Bigga Figga have put in alot of work out of the Bay Area.

Mac Dre is somewhat of a Bay Area legend...but in the grand scheme of things I don't think he's amazing or anything. Decent lyricist with catchy beats and a good flow.

Vallejo is the ****...but I'm not so high on him. You want to hear good **** from Cali look into People Under The Stairs. They are one of my favorite groups around.

I guess so, it's just funny because a LOT of people in the Bay/Sac have shirts that say RIP MAC DRE

i have 3 mac dre shirts. i been listenin to him way before he died. my cuz used to bump his raps when i was a lil kid. today they dont knw anything about his old skool stuff or the stuff when he was in jail. the just knw the mac dre after prison. he has good party songs like thizzle dance and get stupid, but i like this song called crest creepers cause it has others rappers from the crestside.

Mac Dre was more underground then anything and a true grinder in the game. He released about 15 solo albums as well as many Best of albums, appearances and compilations. Mac Dre didn't get much radio play around the country if any but I'm sure he got alot of radio play in the bay area.

I never said anything like that or even close to anything like that. As a matter of fact if you look on the first page of this thread you would see that I said he has been a bit overrated since his death. I like his music but I wouldn't necessarily say he is one of my all time favorites. You just asked who he was and I told you who he was.

just my opinion that if I haven't really heard his name mentioned much and haven't heard much of his songs then he didn't really have much of an influence on anybody.

spice 1 is hella tight. hes from texas but he lived in my old town of hayward. san quinn is also tight.
