Alright...i need a routine to follow. I came up with something on my own, but I need to know if it's ok. now you have to remember that I am in school. I do have a job (mondays and tuesdays)
THIS IS A NON WORK DAY!
5am- 2mile run (sometimes more depending on the day)
6-7am eat (get ready for school)
4pm-exercise (pushups, situps, jump rope ect.)
5pm-eat
6-7:30pm-bag work
THIS IS A WORK DAY!
5am- run
6-7am- eat
3:30pm- bag work
4:30pm-eat
10pm- exercise
now those are weekdays......on weekends i'd probably move everything from exercise down in the first workout up to right after the first eat. what do you think?
