Sup. i just got a 100lb everlast bag. and speed bag. but i need the proper gloves for the heavy bag. I want to start working on my punching power and speed. What is the ideal weight of gloves fo hitting a heavy bag.
and also which brand would be best

I personally have the durahide everlast gloves.

They are inexpensive and work pretty well. At the gym I train at I used to use some old ass Tuff-Wear gloves for the bag.
And I really like those too.

Can't really go wrong with any of them just depending on what feels more comfortable to you. So i guess jsut try them all on.
