Congrats to him he's got one heck of a resume and now 2 mexicans in the P4P ratings!! Cant wait for the Donaire fight Mares could become a household name if he can get by donaire

Yeah, I like Mares, but Nonito counters him and out powers him, imo. Has the making of a great fight, but ya never know. This is a 'must see" fight for me. But I'm betting on Donaire.

but yes, congrats to him. Love that mexican heart he fights with!
I just gotta add, i love his killer instinct. Watching him rush in for the kill after he hurts someone is awesome.

What do ya know making the fights happen and bam make new fans. Mares defense would definatly would have to improve and take nonitos left hook away so he wont visit the canvas early

Styles make fights and I still think that both Santa Cruz and Donaire beat him. Even though he is surprising me with the way he's winning.

Mares really proved himself in his last fight. Been one of my favorites for a while now. I'm dying to see him against Donaire, even though Donaire lost to Rigo, i don't see any shame in losing to Rigo, the guy is on another level.

Mares-Donaire is still the fight to be made, imo.
