One thing is for sure this Puerto Rican welterweight can punch like a mule kick...and his record shows it at 24-0-22. Cintron has seven 1st round KO's and six 2nd round KO's. He's about to get his first major test against Antonio Margarito who has a huge edge on experience over Cintron. Is Cintron the future or just another hoax who's been fighting bums?

Cintron IS a mystery. Partly because so many of his fights have been pretty short! I think he might be the real deal but only time will tell. I wasn't crazy about him getting all weepy after his last victory but I don't read too much into it. He can obviously throw.

There is a member of his team that comes on a few boards sometimes and is a real nut job! I have seen him go off on posters who questioned "The Frog's" potential. Real hormonal imbalance ****! :D

I think Cintron is great for boxing, hes knocking people out that always draws interest to the sport. Hopfulley he keeps winning.

Cintron is for real, in my opinion he could easily take out Spinks.

The New Hoax IMO.His performance against Reid wasn't that impressive because Reid was just a faded natural 140lb fighter that previously got Kayoed on his feet by Ben Tackie.I think Cintron would get drowned in the later rounds by Margarito if they ever fight.

he hasnt beat anyone worth of praising and when he does he gets downed and show he's not that good. He needs more work before we can start saying he is the best next thing...when him and margarito beat there next opponents
-its is known they will fight each other around june-this fight will say a lot about cintron

-i say his stamina and chin lets him down and gets ko by margarito in the middle rounds(6-8th)-but it wont stop him from beating other fighters he can take(if cintron stays away from dlh,mosley,and kosta he should be fine)-i say he may be able to beat spinks if his stamina doesnt let him down in late rounds

I like Cintron but I'm still not quite sold on him. If he does meet Margarito in June it could be his time show he is a real hope. But if the fight happens I like Margarito as well Cintrons never seen anyone like Margarito and I think he may get exposed in a lot of ways.
