We've had people link **** downloads here in the Lounge and mixed martial arts in the boxing section. I guess the next logical progression is wrestling - I know there are some fans here. I haven't watched for the last year or so, so I'd be interested in any of the best of 2004 if anyone has any. I know that Ric Flair vs. Randy Orton got some rave reviews a few months back.

Anyway, I know some posters have mentioned they watched wrestling when they were younger and I do have some older stuff too.

Feel free to add any files you might have.

I downloaded all this stuff well over a year ago and have just now "re-discovered" it. I haven't watched a lot of wrestling this year when TNA lost its directv deal, MLW went out, and WWE just got plain boring. A couple old tapes and an ECW christmas DVD and I'm re-acquiring my wrestling taste...

I don't remember having Mankind/UT - I'd love to have it. I'm thinking I've got some Hell in a Cells, though. I've only been uploading from the same 3 discs. I'll keep this thread going for weeks so keep checking. I'll upload til I've put all I got online once; reposting's up to you guys.

In the meantime, if you're not familiar with TNA, download the Cage Match between AMW and Triple-X. I wish I had more TNA X-division matches to upload. Maybe someone will come along with some files.

Lesnar is/was on the Minnesota Vikings practice squad. It may be "was" because I saw that he was at a wrestling event and the Vikings are still alive in the playoffs.

He's engaged to Sable.

I don't think Vince wants him back, but maybe a Wrestlemania comeback?

He's got some money and owns a ranch in South Dakota or Minnesota. I imagine we'll see him back in wrestling at some point. Even though it's not his "thing", it's still a big payday for him. Goldberg made a brief comeback, so why not Brock?

...Brock is pretty much a jerk outside the ring, and he did leave Vince out the cold rather abrubtly.

But if McMahon can "forgive" (read: seen a business opportunity) guys like Hogan, Nash, and Hall - and Eric Bischoff, of all people, he, I'm sure, is open to doing business with "The Pain."

The ultimate McMahon-has-no-principles signing would be if we ever see Jeff Jarrett in a WWE ring.

I wish I did, even though I'm sure Vince made sure it made them look bush league, even though it was more or less experimental grounds/training for WWF partly funded by Vince.

Still, it would be nice to have. I mentioned it as a christmas suggestion to my brother, who responded by buying me the ECW Extreme Evolution DVD that I already had on VHS. Which was nice, to get me the digital version that had a couple extra matches, but I haven't put out the "big bucks" for any WWE release lately. I haven't even bought a PPV since Wrestlemania (aside from a couple Wednesday TNA shows last summer)

...to clarify, ECW fans certainly didn't view ECW as bush league and neither did I as an overall wrestling league. And it wasn't Heyman's intention to "promote" all his stars to Vince when their contracts with him were up. ECW was a hundred times better than WWE Attitude ever was. And don't get me started on the "Hardcore" division...

But I'm sure that's how Vince saw it...keeping the league afloat to watch like a farm club.

Think how much he's made off of ECW to WCW to WWF (and sometimes different combinations) guys like Saturn, Benoit, Malenko, Guerrero, Jericho, Austin, Raven, etc. and ECW to WWF guys like The Dudley Boyz, Taz, Rob Van Dam, Tajiri, ****e Dudley, Dawn Marie.

Man they wasted Mike Awesome, Lance Storm, Jerry Lynn, Justin Credible, Tommy Dreamer, and Rhyno though...

I'm not familiar with CWZ or did you transpose the letters in CZW? I've got a couple CZW tapes but nothing recent. The main guys when I was watching were Wifebeater, Justice Pain, Ruckus, Sonjay Dutt, The Briscoe brothers - I think that was the first place I saw Amazing Red, wrestling with the SAT.

I may have a Sabu/Scorpio match on one of these discs...I certainly haven't posted all my Sabu yet.

Aww, yes, sorry, typed too fast. I mean Combat Zone Wrestling of course. And I'm not talking of their Death Matches and sick freaks beating the **** out of each other with lighttubes. Do you know anything about the Best of the Best series? It is really worth watching! I've seen some of the best highflying, shoot and technical wrestling there. And there was a time where I watched everything from ECW over RoH, to IMA-South and even XPW occasionly.

And I just loved Scorpio in the ECW. I don't remember the event but when he faced Sabu he really managed to carry him to an unbelievable match.

I'm still going throught the same couple discs. Yes, I have a lot more ECW - yes I have Cactus Jack, but the only one I'm sure of is vs. Terry Funk in Japan (ok quality)

I went a little nuts when I discovered Grokster last year when I was on medical leave from work post-foot surgery.

I haven't file shared on a site like that for well over a year. That's why so many of the clips are 2003...

Aww, yes, sorry, typed too fast. I mean Combat Zone Wrestling of course. And I'm not talking of their Death Matches and sick freaks beating the **** out of each other with lighttubes. Do you know anything about the Best of the Best series? It is really worth watching! I've seen some of the best highflying, shoot and technical wrestling there. And there was a time where I watched everything from ECW over RoH, to IMA-South and even XPW occasionly.

And I just loved Scorpio in the ECW. I don't remember the event but when he faced Sabu he really managed to carry him to an unbelievable match.

I bought one CZW tape - it had the main event in a cage with a scaffold and Justice Pain was fighting Wifebeater in a "Deathmatch"-type event. It was the first wrestling match I'd ever seen with a potted cactus as a weapon. After the match was over, some ECW alumni crashed the ring and started putting down CZW...Sandman came up from under the ring using a chainsaw and a big brawl ensued...I remember Blue Meanie/Blue Boy and Rocco Rock being among the wrestlers who were there in Philly that night.

I saw a few episodes of their show - I had to stream them on the Obsessed With Wrestling website, or one of the sites they link. I haven't done that for awhile; not sure if it still works. No "local" wrestling is on in Indiana; I have caught MLW on Sunshine Network on the satellite. I think the girl's wrestling/stripping federation had a slot overnight too but I never saw it. They'd run the ad for the "all-girl" fed on MLW commercial breaks, and G.I. Ho would accompany Norman Smiley to the ring.

One of my buddies I rarely see made off with my XPW "Baptized in Blood 1 & 2" VHS's so I ordered them on DVD along with the third one. I also have "Freefall" where Vic Grimes fell 70 feet or whatever...That was crazy. He was dropped from a scaffold and when he fell, it's like gravity pulled him left, because he was to go through 3 layers of stacked tables, but he ended up hitting the bottom one on the side. I remember the ambulances took him off immediately and the next day on the website they had his hospital room where you could sent cards.

XPW was absolutely nuts. Supreme got burned on well over half of his body when Veronica Caine put way too much lighter fluid on the table before setting fire to it - on the first Baptized in Blood, Supreme had a crazy ladder fall. I think they kept an ambulance on-site with a special exit for those events.

I never got any of those on computer files, and don't have any way right now to transfer from VHS to my computer.

I was hoping that there would be more participants trading files.

Maybe a new member with wrestling files will stumble upon the thread...

I'd like the Orton/Flair match from this year I've read so much about.

I also am thinking I have more files somewhere. I thought I had the first Elimination Chamber match. I need to go through my discs again...

No.

The fall wasn't shown on the PPV if I remember correctly. I ordered it and taped it and a buddy borrowed it and I never got it back.

I remember JR saying "Something horrible has just happened" and then they re-ran the Blue Blazer promo again.

I remember Jeff Jarrett crying through his next promo and Road Dogg (I think it was him) trying to improvise something to say.

I'm disappointed the show continued, but who knows how to react in a situation like that.
