Honestly, I have no idea how I came here. I guess, hell I don't know. Was looking for something and I decided to stay. Maybe things that would help out with my boxing training, that might be it.

I'm semi-active on other boards that aren't boxing oriented at all. But on occasion a topic would go up... just kinda figured I might as well find a site dedicated to boxing. Think I typed in Boxing Forum on google or something, and this was the first fight to come up. This was around the time of B-Hop/Taylor.

Yes, I invited MCM a coupla years ago, I've been with Global since about a month of it starting. But when Boxingscene showed up I joined it cause all my sons like it & they were always asking me who was fighting & stuff, I think thats how I got 2 names, when they combined BS & Global!! BS has kinda upgraded more than once, changing things around that I remember.

I like boxing, just not as much as I love MMA.... :D

I am a fan of boxing and mma I found this site when I was looking for fight downloads and I found this site it had tons of free downloads but I dont know what happend to them.

i was sarching for downloads, after some downloads i read some topic, i wanted to reply so i joined and the rest is history.

i was having a look at google for some decent boxing sites and came across this one ;)

It does get annoying when the MMA guys love saying **** like "Ken Shamrock would **** Tyson up." Okay, but Tyson would have a better chance against Shamrock in an MMA or street fight than Shamrock would have against Tyson in a boxing match.

A decent top 50 ranked boxer will usually beat the top MMA guys in a boxing match. Most MMA guys would beat boxers in MMA matches. And Michael Jordan today would beat a prime Tyson in basketball. Of course the guy specializing in his sport will win his sport 99% of the time.


I came here umm...I don't know the exact first time. Seems like I'd probably come here through press links on Fight News or something before, but the first time I purposely came here was for boxing videos. It was way back when BoxingScene had that brown or tan theme, looked weird and lame quite frankly. I think I joined but never actually downloaded any fights b/c they were mostly f'n huge and I was on dialup at the time. I know I uploaded Tyson vs. Etienne, but didn't download a single thing until I had broadband I'm pretty sure. And even then it has pretty much just been fight clips.

Wasn't there a point where Karma and points either didn't exist or it was not a big thing? Might have just been new and I didn't pay it much attention.
