Fighting/Sparring with the flu is a bad idea, its possible your delaying your recovery.

So were you actually in a bout with the flu or were you just training with the flu?
On days im ill i just tend to work on my skill, rather than all out conditioning.

Same here, i dont go to the gym because i dont want everyone else to catch it, but i always do some shadow boxing at home.

ya i was training when i was sick last night, i stayed home from school i felt so bad today, my throat like was soar but today it felt all swollen so i slept in and im gonna go to urgent care but damn from last night i feel like i got hit by a train, and i just pushed my self a little bit more and i didnt spar

i was working out with the flu
naw i woudlnt get in the ring with the flu on the fact im nowhere near my best and i wouldnt want to give the other guy the flu as well

why didnt you jsut start a new topic
but anyway it doesnt matter jsut jump rope
you dont have to get fancy or anything
that stuff comes later when you get good
just jump at a high pace and do it in sets of 5 3 minutes each
or 10 minutes straight
