Finaly I get to see what all the hype is about:
"Unbeaten welterweight Joel Julio will headline SHOWTIME's first televised show of 2006. Julio, who has created a buzz with his record of 25-0, 22 by knockout, will take on Robert Kamya (15-5, 4 KOs) in a ten rounder at Cicero Stadium in Cicero, Illinois. Main Events bantamweight prospect Raul Martinez (12-0, 9 KOs) will be featured in the televised opener. Tickets start at $30. "

DIdn't really watch the whole fight, but from what I saw he was impressive...
Ive seen him like 5 times and have been bragging on him ever since. Ill say it before and Ill say it again. I saw Mayweather fight very early in his career, like his 5th fight and I instantly new he would be the best and has been my favorite ever since.
I get the same feeling about this kid. Hes kind of like Cotto but different. Theres something about this kid. He just has it. The it factor. If you watch him then you know what I mean. Its a different feel then when I saw Cotto. Cotto seemed like a great talent but this kid has more. He has the look. He can compete on a elite level right now

I just saw his last fight,he's pretty aggressive. He put the guy down with a great combo, fast and accurate,it was pretty nuts, but I'll have to see a few more of his fights to really form an opinion.

I saw him against Carlos Vilches. He's good yeh, but as his promoter says, he's a Colombian 25-0. That's equivalent to 13-0 in the world. So this is a good matchup for him, and he's quite ready for the elite. Within five fights or so, he'll be there.
