Sure I'll help you out.

When you make the thread scroll down a bit....

There you will see a box or something that says "include poll" or something of that sort. Obv you click that, and then type in your poll options into the box.

From there is pretty self explanatory....

Btw:
1) Make the thread with poll enabled
2) Then something will come up after you have clicked "create thread", giving you the poll screen.
