What if Tyson had got a rematch after his fight with Douglas?
What would have happened? 6 months pass by, the rematch is on, the bell rings.......Douglas is no longer inspired by the passing of his Mother, the hunger is gone, the weight is up.
Imagine Tyson landing that overhand right instead of Holyfield.
Douglas wouldnt have laid there and just wiped his nose. He would have been out. Just like that Tyson could have redeemed himself. What if????

And what if Don King didnt stipulate who would be in Tysons corner this time. What if Tyson had people that knew his boxing style aswell as how to PROPERLY bring the swelling down around his eyes. Don King may have brought his own cash cow down in the first fight with his stupid decisions.

True.
Id say Tyson fought crap in that fight. He was used to KOing everyone, and got plain lazy.
And Douglas was very good.
I personally think all the stuff about Tyson needing to intimidate his opponent in order to beat them is rubbish.
His opponents were scared because he was ****ing good, because he had a great corner. When the corner changed, Tyson grew steadily worse until he was getting beat.
Everyone has seen the footage of him crying before his amatuer fights. He didnt need his opponent to fear him. Just knocked them the **** out.
That was when he was 100% focused, and driven.
