Every year hip-hop seems to hit big on the west coast, east coast, or the dirty south. What's everybody's prediction for 2006?

i think west will hit it big as game dropped this year to remind mainstream fans about the west and dre is dropping in 06. everyone will pick that up, even just because of the name.

I predict that MF Grimm, Nas, Mr. Lif, Chino XL, and The Roots, will release the best hip hop albums of the year.

At the end of this year there has surprisingly been some real good hiphop albums released. Im hoping hiphop will return to the quality i used to love because the last couple of years its been going downhill with a few exceptions. Im hoping lyrically charged rappers will come out and all these crappy rappers that cant even beat a 4 year old at rhyming will disapear.

I think the west will have its turn this year.

And the east the next year
