Sir Fancylot 11-27-2005, 01:37 PM Yup, although it makes the gloves uncomfortable due to how packed my hands feel. :o SilentButViolent 11-27-2005, 01:54 PM Buy new bag gloves....the ones you use now are prolly worn out anyways....i used some old ass bag gloves once and my hands hurt for a week after hitting the bag Tha Greatest 11-27-2005, 03:33 PM Ringside super bag gloves are the BEST bag gloves.. SilentButViolent 11-27-2005, 04:58 PM Ringside super bag gloves are the BEST bag gloves.. I have tried soooo many and they are just the BEST! have you tried the everlast 10 oz. lace up bag gloves?im thinking of buying those Tha Greatest 11-27-2005, 05:03 PM have you tried the everlast 10 oz. lace up bag gloves?im thinking of buying those ringside super bag gloves is the best bebopfan05 11-28-2005, 02:39 AM ringside super bag gloves is the best ya gotta watch out though i bought everlast boxing gloves and they where only like 14oz-20oz (i can't remember) they weren't good at all for hitting the bag, they were ok fro sparing though, bag gloves should only be like 10 oz- bebopfan05 11-28-2005, 02:39 AM maybe lil less then 10 oz Chill 11-28-2005, 04:28 PM I use sports tape under my wraps over my knuckles and on cuts if Im going to go to do bag work, then I usually starts reps with my 14 oz Fighter gloves (my oldest pair, they are hard as **** from hitting the bag) then I change to my 10 oz Top Ten match gloves wich are still kinda soft till I can't move my arms then I start tapping with only my wraps. I do get cuts but eventually it ends up as dark dead elephant skin wich eventually falls off when you stop boxing so I don't see the big deal. My advice would be start using sports tape it's alot more effective on and preventing cuts IMO then wraps. dreamer 12-11-2005, 12:10 PM Evergel glove wraps are very effective with any gloves. Sometimes I use my 8oz on the heavybag with those under it and i never get cuts anymore. My only complaint is that they wear and tear easily over time. After two months the seams were falling apart http://store.everlastboxing.com/everlast-evergel-glove-wraps.html tnerb 12-12-2005, 09:09 AM I love the bag and sparring gloves they have at Ares Fight Gear, really good quality leather. |
