Dr.Depravity 11-25-2005, 11:34 PM Yeah, he showed a lot of promiss. But this is his problem. Trainer--Floyd Mayweather Sr. He wouldn't show up for his last fight because Oscar had him on some sort of retainer. I cant beleive he hasn't fought in over a year? I also heard he wasn't a hard trainer, maybe he gave it up? RwK 11-25-2005, 11:35 PM Yeah we were just discussing him in another thread. I like that kid, but he never returned after the Leija fight. I think he might have lost some confidence, even though its not like he lost the biggest fight of his career. He won it, in his rematch with JC Rubio. vze2hhvj 11-25-2005, 11:57 PM make him and chavezs jr meet lol KidBlackie 11-26-2005, 12:07 AM Too many cheeseburgers. He's hungry for the "expanding" type of belt, not the championship kind. riz 11-26-2005, 12:56 AM never thought he was good only thing i liked was his hair (when he had) and his name (sounded cool) onetwopunch 11-26-2005, 01:27 AM I ask myself the same question..lol..havent heard jack from him since his loss to Jesse James.. .::|ULTIMATE|::. 11-26-2005, 01:30 AM That kid had it all the physical and technical tools, he just lacked some killer instinct and mental strength. It was like if the corner didnt say go out there and knock him out he wouldnt even though the other guy was at his mercy like Leija. |
