Has anyone ever won a world title with no stoppages? If not would it be possible if your decisions were all wide against top opponents?

Here's another list from several years ago. World Champion with low(est?) KO%: Leo Rodak (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leo_Rodak) 5.22 (6 of 115) HOFer with low(est?) I reply with a video of Jones' fight against Freitas in which he drops him with a nice hook. Even Paulie Malignaggi has like five KO's and I've never seen anyone with powder-puff hands like him.
