ok so all of the ppl on BS dont have the money or time to become a member at a gym..some only get the chance to work out at home...
pull-ups- although most ppl dont have a bar to do pull-ups with
anybody else no any work-outs that u can do if u dont have weights

You should go to Rossboxing.com and purchase his Boxer's Guide to Performance Enhancement. It's got some great weightless exercises and it's a real motivator, very detailed.

I do pull-ups, clap push-ups, and a use a heavy rope alot. Then when i am done with the heavyrope i jumprope it feels like nothing is there and really increases my hand and foot speed.

The best workout for your upper body without any weights is dips, however if you get really good at them you can use weights.
I use to do isometrics, very effective if your only concern is aesthetics.

I do skipping, shadowboxing, one or both arm press ups, one or both leg squats, crunches, leg raises, pull ups & heavy bag work
