Mike Tyson has to be the most intimidating fighter when he was in his prime, who do you think is the most intimidating fighter today?

Right now i would imagine its Cotto. In the stare downs he is cold and he is a big 140lber. He looks like a monster before he even throws a punch.

It has to be Tyson during his prime as a bulldozing wrecking machine with no scince at all.The way team Marquez is acting right now, the PacMan is turning to be one.

Tyson hands down!!! Just remember back to when he fought "Hurricane" Peter McNeeley and at the stare down McNeeley was so scared he just swayed from side 2 side all the while Tyson just was totally locked on him with a scary ass stare like he didn't know if he wanted to fight him or f#%k him!! very intimidating

Hopkins - Executioner gear and his history of dominance should intimidate any fighter who steps to him.

Lacy - He is a manchild and kinda looks like a young Tyson to me. I would be afraid of his power.

V Klitschko - Giant white guy is about to hand you a bad beating. Sort of rare in boxing these days...I'd be afraid to fight him...he's much crazier than his brother.

Past boxers are Hagler (can't hurt him so what the **** do you do?), Pryor (tazmanian devil), Hearns (crazy G curls and violence in that right hand).

Tyson scared the living sh#t out of him while they were fighting.

Yeah Golota did turn into a little school girl when it came time to actually fight.

All Time top 4

1. Liston
2. Tyson
3. Duran
4. Foreman

Today I would say Hopkins and James Toney

I forgot about Liston, but I would say that Tyson has the edge only because Sonny was terrifying before he met Cassius Clay, that fight showed he was scared of crazy people, where as if you were to show Tyson a crazy person he would get twice as crazy as they were! If you don't believe me just watch his 2nd fight against Evander and look at his frikineyes after he bites Holyfield's ear the first time. I swear he actually smiles and just snaps into "ghetto mode" that would intimidate the **** right down your leg I don't care how tough you are!

Would you be scared if Mike Tyson was hyped up on drugs and was trying to kill you, and your defense wasn't the best because you had a broken hand and a broken Jaw? I think so.

LOL hyped up on drugs? You could hardly say that Marijuana is a drug which would hype you're performance up.

Today ?

Hopkins.
I don't think fighters are intimidated by Vitali Klitschko until they're actually fighting him. It was the same thing with Lennox Lewis...

Atwa.....

No offense....but Golota was only intimidating back when he was bashing Riddick Bowe. Back then, he looked awesome, & seemed ruthless.
We eventually learned that he is totally BREAKABLE.
No fighter is intimidated by him now.
He was ****ting his pants against Tyson....& quit in pathetic fashion.

prime Forman, Tyson, and VK. All of them are very Intimidating.

I think in his prime RJJ intimidated a couple of fighters, I know there a couple out there that wanted Rjj, but more who probably wanted nothing to do with him. In his prime.

hollister

I think Joe Louis was every bit as intimidating as Tyson ever was, not because of the way he acted, but because everyone knew what he was capable of. He could be rocked, but his hands were so fast most all his opponents were scared to hit him, especially after eating a couple of his jabs. That guy was truly a monster in the ring, even though he was small compared to today's fighters, he would definately have to be right up there close to the top, as well as Liston and Tyson.

Alot of fighters are scared of Hopkins for real. He's the only current fighter that comes to mind.
