That's Michael Dokes, but the guy in that other photo isn't Bert Cooper. It's a Cuban heavyweight named Luis Ortiz.

Funny but right before(within an hour) I responded to this, I watched Cooper fight Anthony Wade. It was one of the fights in the win streak before he got the call to fight Holyfield.
