Now, I don't claim to be an expert on boxing, so please don't take offense to my answer, but Louis was a great finisher. A young Cassius Clay was also a great finisher as well as Ray robinson.

Tyson was a great finisher to, along with Trinidad and others.

Tyson was probably the best finisher. If he ever hurt somebody he would almost certainly finish them off

Marciano, Duran, Pryor, Mugabi......these are guys that got a look on their faces like something primal was awakened in them when they saw the opponent hurt. You could see it click "on" in their eyes.

The Hawk Aaron Pryor was a brutal finisher and imo the best I've seen in my days the only one fighters I have seen that come close are Trinidad and Rocky Marciano(he would punch until it was over no matter what part of the body they landed on).

Kostya Tszyu is a good finisher too. After he stuned Mitchel with a solid right, he turned into an animal and from then on, Mitchel was only trying (unsuccesfully) to survive.

It's hard to say how is the greatest finisher. It would have to be an old school fighter, but corrales gets them out of there once he gets them hurt...

I don't really like him but,i'd have to say Trinidad.Robinson also looked pretty good I just haven't seen enough of him to say.

For me it would be Tyson, if he sees his opponent hurt, he would be like a shark smelling blood. My next choice would be Arturo Gatti, if he sees his opponent hurt, he would throw everything he's got.
