4 Time Heavyweight Champion Evander'The Real Deal' Holyfield is fighting on 17th December 2005 in Berlin, Germany.
The opponent is not known at the moment, but lets wait and see, he has now got a license to fight in germany.
Parody 10-24-2005, 11:19 AM It Will Be On The Undercard Of The Ruiz/valuev Fight For The Wba Heavyweight Title.
!! Mr. Soprano 10-24-2005, 11:27 AM GOD DAMN!
It really makes me feel bad seeing a legend emabarssed by a bum!
!! Mr. Soprano 10-24-2005, 11:27 AM I hope it's not Baby Joe
badblood 10-24-2005, 11:29 AM Was'nt he supposed to fight Frank Wood in Italay?
Truth 10-24-2005, 11:40 AM So he can lose again, Holyfield is shot to pieces...Someone needs to stop him. He doesn't seem to know how to stop himself...
mercadojglb 10-24-2005, 11:45 AM Maybe holyfield wants to show that he can still box but I think his career is over, he should give up boxing and dance some more.
I hope it's not Baby Joe
imagine how stupid taht fight would be
one with brain damage
one whos so old he can't speak english anymore
blockhead 10-24-2005, 04:30 PM if evander doesnt stop he is going to ruin himself like louis did and end up a bankrupt crazy old koot.
Pariah21388 10-24-2005, 04:32 PM he is mad stupid, QUIT!!!!
restless_438 10-24-2005, 04:34 PM yeah, someone big in society should talk to him. You think his family could talk to him.. im sure they don't want this to continue.
Hitman932 10-24-2005, 04:41 PM i hope he gets caught cold and KO'ed in 1 so he doesent take a beating
joeboxer 10-24-2005, 05:00 PM He should fight Riddick Bowe. I think that the two of them would still have a competitive match that would make Bowe some money and allow Holyfield to go out on a win.
vze2hhvj 10-24-2005, 11:28 PM from a dancing show to fighting in germany what else a PASSAT commercial
Mike_R 10-24-2005, 11:41 PM he needs to calm down, maybe shoot for a commentating position if he can speak with any clarity.
rocco1252 10-24-2005, 11:42 PM i hope he gets caught cold and KO'ed in 1 so he doesent take a beating
You dont call that a beating, **** I saw a kid once after being knocked the **** out go into convulsions and almost die it was pretty ****ed up. Image what a 40+ year old man punch drunk as a mother ****er is going to do with that severe of a brain trauma.
I dont want to see him fight but he can only stop himself, noone else. He loves the sport to much, he loves being in the spotlight, he knows he doesnt have a chance but he needs to have an reason for when he goes in front of the boards for licenses.
It's happened before why not again right, look at Foreman and look at some of the 50 year old fighters we have out there it's hard to tell a man that he cant do what he knows how to do if there's nothing wrong.
Easy-E 10-25-2005, 12:13 AM i hope he gets caught cold and KO'ed in 1 so he doesent take a beating
he wont, he still has a great chin, and is sure to absorb alot of punishment this fight
joeboxer 10-25-2005, 01:20 AM he needs to calm down, maybe shoot for a commentating position if he can speak with any clarity.
I wouldn't want him to commentate have you heard him talk, he's ****ing annoying.
boxfan23 10-25-2005, 01:27 AM This is just dumb of holyfield. Hes done he should accept and get on with it.
kapersky 10-25-2005, 01:42 AM i have realised that is isnt dumb by holyfield. there isnt a doubt that he love boxing. i think he is satisfied by just get in the ring nomatter if he win or loss. everybody do something they think is good and meaningsful for them, boxing is for holyfield. so in his perspective its more than right.
MetalVomit 10-25-2005, 01:47 AM This is sad. The man's gonna die in the ring.
marvdave 10-25-2005, 01:48 AM Holyfield is my #1 guy in my death pool.
It's a shame a great warrior feels he must continue. He will always be a champion to me...I just wish he would not fight anymore.
ChrististheAnswer2 10-25-2005, 01:48 AM While I would like to see Evander retire while he still has his health, he is fighting becasue its what he does, and no one should tell him if he can or can't fight, its his decision. Is it embarrasing and sad, yes, but its still his choice.
Plus he needs money! He has like 9 kids and does exstsensive charity work so he's not just fighting becasue he wants to, I believe hes fighting cause he has to.

he has made over 150mils$ he is definetely not fighting for money. he could live on only his interest from the bank if he wants to.

From an inteview I saw wirh him on Real Sports, I got the impression that he may need money, not 100% sure, but he hinted at it in my opinion.
He said something like, boxing is my job, and when people stop workin they stop makin money.
Parody 10-25-2005, 01:34 PM Well I would'nt mind seeing one more fight of the heavyweight legend, if he still loses then i will agree to what most people r saying in this thread, but from now if he starts some winning streaks, then i respect the guy and what he does.
BoxingPromoter 10-25-2005, 05:52 PM I would like to see Holyfield win in grand fashion(perhaps highlight reel material?) by knocking his opponent out early without sustaining any hard blows, then retire on a winning note. Does this fight remind anyone of Ali's last fight with Berbick? Anyway, I hope this fight turns out good for Holyfield.

yeah, he needs some cash. i think 9 kids is a conservative estimate, this guy has a champion penis, he should use that to make some money.
also, if thats your gf in your avatar, shes hot, good work!

Dr.Depravity 10-25-2005, 07:07 PM Im not a religious man, however I will be praying for that stupid bastard on fight night. Any fighter can die in the ring, but Holyfield seems apt to prove it will happen to him.
Hitman932 10-25-2005, 07:17 PM evander holyfield "i want to be a martyr"

Hope you guys enjoy this :D
His legacy had come and passed
His boxing career can never last
Wake me up when Evander wins
Like his skills have come and pased
That ten count sure was fast
Wake me up when Evander wins
He’s in the ring again
Downed by superstars
Drenched in his blood again
Opponents fists hit like cars
There’s nobody home in his nest
But I never forget to who he lost
Wake me up when Evander wins
His legacy had come and passed
His boxing career can never last
Wake me up when Evander wins
Someone hit the bell again
Like we did when Donald played Sandman
Wake me up when Evander wins
He’s in the ring again
Downed by superstars
Drenched in his blood again
Opponents fists hit like cars
There’s nobody home in his nest
But I never forget to who he lost
Wake me up when Evander wins
His legacy had come and passed
His boxing career can never last
Wake me up when Evander wins
Holyfields trunks got a worn out ass
Damn he sure did go down fast
Wake me up when Evander wins
Wake me up when Evander wins
Wake me up, if Evander wins
Manny_P 10-25-2005, 09:01 PM oh man.... I hate it when Holyfield's sexy body has to take tis punishment to get dough. LOL!
Dr.Depravity 10-25-2005, 09:05 PM You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Atwa_66 again.

EXACTLY THE MAN NEEDS TO LEAVE ON A WINNING NOTE.
Kimmy 10-26-2005, 02:52 PM EXACTLY THE MAN NEEDS TO LEAVE ON A WINNING NOTE.
Holyfield has always claimed that he will only retire when he is once again undisputed champion. Holyfield will fight on untill every last country bans him, or he suffers a fatal injury!
Hitman932 10-26-2005, 02:54 PM holyfield could beat chris byrd
Kimmy 10-26-2005, 02:57 PM holyfield could beat chris byrd
No way! Byrd beat him easy last time, Holyfield is much far gone, Byrd might even stop Evander he has gone back so much!
Renegade 10-26-2005, 06:49 PM if evander doesnt stop he is going to ruin himself like louis did and end up a bankrupt crazy old koot.
Joe Louis didn't ruin himself, the US government did! Look it up.
Joe Louis fought exhibtion matches for charity, the proceeds from which he donated to the Allied war effort. The IRS then taxed him on his charitable contributions. How ****ed up is that? And where the **** was his manager/business advisor? "Bankrupt crazy old koot", my ass!

have you heard any of the stories about his paranoid delusions after he was busted out. the story of joe louis is incredibly sad. he went crazy in his old age and thought that everyone was out to get him including the mob the government and aliens. he used to spread mayo on his windows because he thought that the fbi was using mind scanning rays on him and that the mayo would stop the rays from entering his home.
he became a crazy old koot.
sad as it may be.

this has got to stop. all they see is the money they'll make off that man, which could easily end up being his death. He'll always be my fav. of all time, but enough is enough. I hope like hell he doesnt get seriously injured :(

lol, wrong! He could produce 19 more kids and not go broke...do you have any idea how much he's worth?? His kids will all live very nice lives indeed, long after he's gone.
