prime louis by a UD, but Mercer would give him a tough fight

Mercer had a granite chin, but against a prime Louis it would not hold throughout the fight. Louis would tire and hurt Mercer with a constant flurry of hard and fast punches. He would counter Mercers attacks and use his superiour boxing ability to keep Mercer off him.
