Anywho...the fact that most of the Ring writers felt Hops won but still put Taylor ahead of him is good, that means they respect the decisions of the boxing world. Most fans (although by a small margin) felt Taylor won. Ring is doing their job. Just because you think someone won doesn't mean it's a good reason to put them higher p4p especially when it is a close loss.

IMO, Taylor will beat Hops even easier the next time if he trains and doesn't get ****y.

My point about the rankings is that even a close loss will hurt you because it's a loss for your record. Of course Hopkins is better than Taylor. Rings magazine has BHOP winning against Taylor. But according to them, even if they(Rings) scored the win for BHOP, they still respect the decision of the judges giving the decision to Taylor. Thats the reason Taylor is rank higher than BHOP.

This has happened before. The Barrera-Morales 2 fight, Rings gave the win to Morales. But the judges gave the win to Barrera. Making Barrera the #1 instead of Morales.

RING Belt is the most respected because the RING Organization recognizes their CHAMPS based on who beats who. In short by performance. Money? Buy it...It is by far the most legit ramkings out with the exception of the "Fans" point of view which is usually more biased....Overall the ring has the most legit and fair rankings overall.
