u couldnt be more correct. u gotta get that extension. u cant go half way if thats the case then i can bench press 400lb. those guys dont know what there talkin about in that video if they dont know a full extension

those are pros in the video that came from mr olymia 2005.

Those are half reps they are pretty affective only when your trying to squeeze out more work.

But I agree full extensions develop the chest but this is a competition the guy did 46 reps.

I think those are 2 35lb plates on each side plus the bar which is 45 pounds.

so its 185 I think.

They are 35 pound plates the guy I asked on bodybuilding.com said they were 35 pound plates.

I have the same weights at home he is using the redbar handle plates which are 35's the yellows are 45.
