What's your opinions on weighted vests in training?
What are the Pro's and Con's in your views and do you recommend it for the more advanced?...

they are good...dont wear it tooo much tho..do stuff w it on..then take off and feel the weight come off and the quickness happen....dont go too much weight either...start slow dont overdue things

Use vest in soft sand, to much weightcan cause joint problems,

short sprints, push ups, dips and pull ups. ill never jog and/or run with a vest.
