I swim a whole lot in my pool and do a few miles of hilly riding on my mountain bike every other day or so. Is there a better exercise routine that is comparable to what I'm doing now? Anyone? :wave:

suicides are pretty tough

especially on a football feild

but u gotta have a coach of someone on ur a$$ to make sure ur sprinting as fast as u can the whole time.

for me its stair running .. its a real high intenseity workout .. after about 5-10 minutes you will be puffing like you just ran 20 miles :-)

i used to run 3 miles .. then i decided to try stair running ( at my house there is 50 steps stairs from down floor to the roof ) i run 50 stairs 10 times .. planing to increas to 25 times

and i got to tell ya i ve seen great benefits :

1- my cardio + endurance + stamina went up like crazy
2- i breath easily in fights ( i used to breath hard after 5 rounds .. and now i can go 5 rounds easily )
3- my legs dont get tired when i fight 15 rounds .. they become like a tree trunk

Kickboxercise is the best thing for a female if she wants a good body..I noticed that the girls in the Kick boxing gyms have sexier bodies than the ones in boxing gyms and they much uglier too in boxing gyms..it's interesting.

Versus (Versace) - Blue jeans

Pacco Rabbane - one million
Versace - The dreamer (came out in 96..my fav..got 2 bottles)

I'm curious, how days out of the week do you run stairs?
