... me and Tino were watching Eurosport boxing tonight (not together, in separate countries - I'm not bumming him or anything) and he pmed me to ask if I was watching a bout that was on.

I replied that I'd had to leave the room so I missed the first round. "Fancy a bet on this fight then? I'll take the black guy" he says. Turns out what I'd missed is the black guy nearly knocking the other guy the **** out in the first round and the other guy holding on. "Okay then, Tino, I'll throw 50 mil at it".

Tino's there rubbing his hands with glee, only for his guy to get dropped. To add insult to injury, the ref even calls it off early.





On reflection, it ain't much of a story now I've typed it up, is it? Maybe you had to be there. I exaggerated the amount just to try and spice it up - it was only one mil really. Cheers for the points, Tino. I'll throw you fifty points back - you can get some frog's legs with 'em, eh?
