gorilla cardio is an intense stamina/fat burning work out. You are supposed to 8 sprints for 20 second each with 10 second rest in between sprints the total workout should only take 4 minutes, but it's one of the most intense workouts you will ever take part in, I recommend this if you are serious about burning fat and getting into shape but beware this is very hard. First take it slow only do 4 sprints the first week 3 times a day then work your way up because I can promise you that even if your in great shape you will be sore and feel sick after doing this the first few times.

And to answer you question stick with Road work much better for you in the long run as far as stamina and speed go.

either or works

i feel tredmil is harder

i can run alot longer in parks with hills
and drops
than on a straight tredmil

as long as you get your running in its fine

gorilla cardio is from a post in here from 8 weeks ago.
I do my 4 miles then I get on the treadmill and do this

Treadmill Run
Begin with a one-minute jog at zero incline. Then do the following sprints, slashing the speed between sprints for 30-40 seconds to catch your breath.
8 mph at 5% incline Two 30-second sprints
8.5 mph at 7.5% Two 30-second sprints
9 mph at 10% Two 30-second sprints
9.5 mph at 11.5% Two 20-second sprints
10 mph at 13% Two 20-second sprints
10.5 mph at 15% Two 15-second sprints
then I push a car threw a empt parking lot. I DO 4 SET OF 3 MIN ON THAT.
ON DAYS i DONT DO THAT i DO THE GORILLA CARDIO

Would a gorilla workout with running be similar to other forms of cardio such as cycling? I mean would running hurt more than anything else cause i tried something similar to this gorilla thing on an exercise bike and i nearly died!...lol I have yet to try the running part yet
