Just wonderin if anyone here does burpees? I been doin them for like a month now but I feel like I'm not gettin as good of a workout as I did when I first started... I remember the first 3-4 times I did them I could barely move the next day... but now I can do about 20 in 30 seconds... I get winded but I never get sore... and if I'm not gettin sore then I'm not satisfied with the workout.

Are you doing burpees with a pushup in it or just the regular kind.

if you want a really good burpee workout, see how many you can do in 10 minutes. Try to get as many as possible. Wouldn't recommend doing this too many times a week though. You can also do minute drills with 30 sec burpees and then 30 sec shadow boxing and repeat for 2/3 minutes, rest 30 sec to one minute and repeat

oooooooooooooh ya i know what those are, didnt no thats what it was called, those are hard as hell with leg weights.

after you body gets used to it you will no longer get sore unless you put your muscles past the limit. Its like any kind of training, when you first get into it you will be the most sore. You should still feel a little soreness though, you need to do them more intense, until fatigue.
