View Full Version : Boxer2k5 - what happened to him?
jack_the_rippuh 10-17-2005, 10:29 AM I haven't seen him post in a while, but then again, I haven't checked out this section for a while, but then again I know he would've posted something in the nonstop boxing section to give James Toney props on his win over Guinn a long time ago, but then again...
So does anyone know what happened to the guy?

With you previous loss, do you have to take of 90 days for mandatory recovery because it was TKO stoppage? I remember a few fighters from my gym had to take that time off and were not allowed in the gym for about 2 weeks after being KO'd I know you werent KO'd but a TKO is still considered one. This was about 3 years ago when this happened I dont know if the rules changed but just wondering?
Good for you man glad your now becoming alittle more serious you needed to have alittle less talk and more action in boxing I know you always trained and what not but you were on here quite a bit and it didnt show me you were a completely serious fighter. Glad to see you still around though and even more glad your taking this loss seriously. Good luck getting down to 176! Peace

good luck to you bro I'm sure you got the talent it takes just stay serious be smart and you'll be a sure champ some day!
Rockin' 10-20-2005, 01:32 PM If you were put on a 30 day suspension because of your last bout, I highly recommend that you go along with the rules that state there will be no sparring at all for those 30 days. Not only do you put yourself at risk because of the blows you may have taken or will take but you could also get your gym in a whole lot of trouble if the information leaked back to the ABF that you were on suspension and yet you were still allowed to spar. They could lose their eligibility to operate an amatuer gym. The ABF is all about saftey, dont go against their wishes of safe practice and precautionary methods, it could only hurt amatuer boxing if anything was to happen in those 30 days. Take a rest for a month and then get back in and take it to 'em.
Rockin' :boxing:
reebox8225 10-20-2005, 10:59 PM I got tko'd in the golden gloves last year and I was back in the gym the next week, but they didn't say anything to me about a suspesion.

30 days ban? to get one of those you gotta be knocked the F$%^ out or knock out cold man. This is a AIBA rule. Counrtries in Africa, Sth America and parts of Europe would ignore it tho.
