I still say that if a piece of **** like Short Dick Willy can be allowed back then so should Neils. Neils said some things about this site in anger that he didn't mean. But as I said before, it's your site Rick and you call the shots, and it's still the best boxing site by miles and miles. :)

Since I don't make it a point to make fun of people's physical appearances, especially those I like, I was bothered when I read this. It occurred to me that the girl in question must be Winter, since I jokingly posted a pic of her and another of Michael J. Fox in the celebrity look a like thread. I actually thought it might bother her so I took it down, but someone had already replied and the pictures carried over to the next post. Many people would not have been offended by a joke post like this one, but I will not use that as an excuse.

I will own up to the fact that I should not have done that.

So, it bothered me even more, that my alter ego, boxing fan, had been corresponding with Winter and had no idea that when she sent boxing fan a pm that said some people on the site are mean, that she was actually talking about me.

I have personally sent a private message to her that apologizes. But because I want her to know I'm sincere, and because I don't want to be misrepresented by anyone, especially the guy in the post above, I am reprinting that pm below so that people can see that I am humble, I am sincere, and I am truly sorry.

I re-registered as a simpler, gentler user named boxing fan.

I will probably continue, off and on, to post as boxing fan.

But as neils7147933, I apologize for hurting your feelings before. I had no idea til someone posted it on the boards that I upset you. When I have done something I shouldn't have, I'm not above admitting to it. Since I don't make it a point to make fun of people's physical appearances, especially those I like, I was bothered when I read this. It occurred to me that the girl in question must be Winter, since I jokingly posted a pic of her and another of Michael J. Fox in the celebrity look a like thread. I actually thought it might bother her so I took it down, but someone had already replied and the pictures carried over to the next post. Many people would not have been offended by a joke post like this one, but I will not use that as an excuse.

I will own up to the fact that I should not have done that.

So, it bothered me even more, that my alter ego, boxing fan, had been corresponding with Winter and had no idea that when she sent boxing fan a pm that said some people on the site are mean, that she was actually talking about me.

I have personally sent a private message to her that apologizes. But because I want her to know I'm sincere, and because I don't want to be misrepresented by anyone, especially the guy in the post above, I am reprinting that pm below so that people can see that I am humble, I am sincere, and I am truly sorry.

EXACTLY!! Who brought him into this so called "war" between me and Sonny? Must have been Sonny, cause I had not talked to or about Vanda..period. And, since I was the one that he was attacking and insulting OUT OF THE BLUE then of course it was Sonny that dragged him in..not me. Matter of fact, I read his first two posts in where I was the target, and I posted to him a question as to what this was all about. Why was he insulting me, etc.. that the last time he was here at the site I didnt remember any conflict with him of any kind, which he responded that he had just never liked me and that apparently alot of people here did but he just didnt. I told him that I didnt care, etc. So, I got the impression that Sonny dragged yet ANOTHER poster into something that they didnt really want to take part in, and then when I defended myself, and others started defending me it just got too much for him.
So, in other words, that mess was all him and Sonny.
I didnt run anyone off.
If anyone ran him off it was sonny for dragging him into something that I had already let go of. Sonny is the one that still cant let go, not me. And I've not asked one damn person to help me in this with him...not one person.
Sounds like Sonny is the root of the problem here, not me.

His personal attacks were NOTHING compared to some others. But, like I posted on a different thread, apparently the mods dont care, or they would have been banned long ago. Thats the one and only thing I have an issue with where the site is concerned; how these people that insult you, your location, looks, kids, and point of view is just so "overlooked". A few come to my defense when this happens, but some just claim to (for whatever reason) and I dont know why they claim they do when everybody knows better...its all over the threads for everyone to see.
