Do any of you get headaches after doing situps and crunches. I do a variety of ab exercises but when I do the decline bench sit ups or crunches, I get short throbbing headaches above my right eye. Has this happened to any of you?

yeh, and I also get a lukewarm feeling in my gut. But I guess that's just the stuff that goes hand in hand with abs workouts. I mean you are swinging your head up and down alot during most of those workouts.

Do you have any neck pain or stiffness? Headaches over the eye region can sometimes be caused by stiffness in the neck and when you do ab work, u tend to bring ur chin to your chest, which can put a bit more stress on ur neck, thus lead to headaches.
