My summer vacation ends tomorrow, and since my school starts and the temperature got cooler than before, im going to start running to school (my school has a shower, don't worry lol). Anyways, I recently joined a gym and I usually swim for 30~45 minutes after my weightlifting. I usually do breaststrokes, and not much of the front crawl because I want to hit my chest. If I'm going to increase my stamina, should I do front crawls instead?
