I just saw this article on bodybuilding.com about creatine. Just figured I'd post it since I've seen quite a few posts on creatine and such here lately in case anyone wanted to check it out in case they haven't seen it yet. I haven't had a chance to read the whole thing yet since I'm watching Texas Chainsaw Massacre right now, but it looks like a really good one:

I thought that one guy in the other post said there was bad stuff in the swole. Also what did you mean by saying you were a creatine non-responder?

Non responder meaning creatine doesnt really work good for me! some people respond well to creatine monohydrate I dont. I never had any gains with it. I used either CEE or Swole v2.

The guy who posted the article got that from a biased site! t-nation makes their own supps called BIOTEST! its propaganda to knock the competitior off. Because those other supps have the same GPA in it san loaded and dymatize and people have been using it.

You are not supposed to take cell volumizers year round you have to cycle with them. creatine you should only take for 50 days and then go off it so your body can get adjusted to those gains. slowly reduce your intake just like with swole only use one container and then go off it and maintain with protien and other supps like glutamine.

ahh, I see. Have you ever supplemented with both glutamine and creatine/swole at the same time? I've seen some articles suggesting this.

Yes! and it works well!

I would suggest mixing the swole v2 with glutamine.

What supps do you take?

I suggest you get cytosport muscle milk root beer flavor is awesome!

or San Infusion pretty good stuf so is ergopharms ergolean mass meal.

as for now all im takin is glutamine. I'm not sure but I'm thinking of starting some weightlifting to gain some weight. Right now I'm at about 165 with plenty of room to lose some fat( about 14% body fat I'd say), which would put me in the exact middle of middleweight and welterweight classes for amateur (165 and 152), so I'd probably need to pack on some muscle, which is why I've been thinking of supplementing with protein/creatine/and whatnot and starting my weightlifting program for a couple months.

well the first 2 months you will pack on muscle or weight for sure! they call it noob gains! it is always easy to pack on muscle in the early stages when you change your diet and take supps and lift weights. I put on 15 pounds first 2 months I started lifting after that it started getting harder and harder to put on weight, that is why you gotta change up your workout routine once and a while to shock your muscles to grow. It is always good to take a week or two off once and a while.

Noob gains are usually somewhere between 10 to 20 pounds depends on the person.
