View Full Version : What Music Gets You Pumped?
Chill 10-13-2005, 09:13 PM I changed gyms and the one im in now plays alot of crappy techno instead of the rap I had at my old one. So I usually load my Ipod for cardio and bag.
This is what my playlist looks like:
Training 1 (cardio/rope/shadow boxing)
Blackalicious - Sky is falling
Cypress hill - Child of the wild west
LLCoolJ - Headsprung
The Game - West side story
Trina Ft. Lil Wayne - Don't Trip
Ice Cube Ft. Lil Kim - You can do it
Nelly - Number One
+++
Training 2 (bag/pads)
Dmx - X gonna give to ya / Rollin Remix.
Godsmack - Im doing the best I can
Limp Bizkit - Mission Impossible 2
The Game - How we do
Xhibit - Hey now
Paul Wall - They don't know
+++
Cooldown is mostly r&b, soul
So what gets you of?

Hm...a cold one and Eva Longoria.
Tony Blitz 10-13-2005, 11:40 PM When training Pantera gets my adrenaline higher than listening to rap, unless it's a song like Natural Born Killaz, Notorious Thugs, Put You on the Game, Can't C Me ect... When working on my cardio machine I'll play whatever I have on my iPod.

VERSATILE2K9 10-16-2005, 02:13 AM i prefer nothing. just ppl hiting the bag in my gym.i like to hear my power hiting the heavy bag. music isnt going to be playing while your in the ring actually fighting. so there isnt no point for me to get hyped and listen to music maybe just the intro then i will have some music and for that i prefer the triumph freestyle by the swishahouse. originally sung by the wu tang clan

I hear ya, I kinda need or rather prefer the music to take out the last energy though. Like 40-50 last situps is pure will, zoning out and focusing on the music.
