If boxing does it , which exersise? Heavy bag, speed bag? etc.

How about running? or sprints , or some type of plyometrics?

If you want to lose weight do sauna and if youre motivated and can swim do swimming. It's a great low impact cardio and you get stronger w/o gaining weight.

the sauna doesnt butn fat it just makes you sweat. sparring is the best thing you can do. I would just sa training for boxing is good enough. but the best exercise you can do is swimming

Run Forrest Run......Running is the best for alot of problems stamina puts you in position to be better at everything else.

Running is the best and there are things that are comparable to running as well, such as swimming and also the very trendy cycling or so-called "spinning" classes (stationary bike).

Key is to work your way up slowly to where you can run a few miles with no problems.

Stairmaster does it for me, if I do 45 mins. a day, I lose 3-5 lbs.

Try doing some steep UPHILL running. That will kick your ass! I always find it has a bigger impact on my breathing than flat level running- it's some hard shit!
