Any boxers out there use Crossfit? As a personal trainer, I always hated Crossfit. The idea of someone designing a program full of high intensity plyometrics for the general public not addressing any muscular imbalances or conditions was the silliest crap I could imagine... but now that I moved and haven't worked out in a little while, I'm thinking it's not a bad tool to whip myself back into fighting shape. It's much better suited to boxing than the terrible workouts you see at boxing gyms (my back hurts just watching the awful crap they do there), that is when you actually find a gym that doesn't go with the archaic theory that ''weights make you slower''.. what do you fools think?
