Which food do we need for boxing?
Like Fiber high protein, carbs
and what foods contain a lot of the above.
im trying to lose weight but still have energy to do my workout of weights and boxing

You want to get about 60 carbs before your workout. A good meal to eat a few hrs prior to workout would be oatmeal, a wheat bagel with cream cheese, and a nutrigrain bar.
High protein foods would be SALMON, chicken breast, etc. Also, the EAS Advant Edge protein bars are high protein, and low carb, good for eating after your workout. You can get these at low prices on ebay. Just stay away from the fruit flavored ones as they taste like ****.
Other good sources of energy would be whole wheat spaghetti instead of the regular spaghetti noodles. The wheat kind still taste good and are VERY healthy. Carbs and fiber...also look at raisin bran, Total, slim fast muffin bars, all nutri grain products, shredded wheat, wheat bread, canned tuna and chicken, eggs, etc.
As far as when you should eat what...always good to start the day with a bowl of healthy cereal with whole grains/wheat (something along those lines). As stated earlier, get the high carb meals (60 grams or higher) 2.5-3 hrs prior to werkout.
AS A GENERAL RULE, EAT A SMALL MEAL EVERY 5-6 HOURS, WHICH IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT SINCE YOU ARE TRYING TO LOSE SOME FAT (this diet method will keep metabolism high and weight down). Always drink 17-20 oz of water 2-3 hrs prior to werkout then consume 5-7 oz additional fluids of sports drink (powerade) 25 mins b4 werkout.
Here's an example of what I eat/workout on a good day.
meal 1) bowl of total cereal 6:30 am
meal 2) 2 waffles with syrup and a nutri grain bar 9 am
12 noon, run 30 mins
meal 3) tuna sandwhich on wheat, green beans, protein bar 12:30 pm
meal 4) oatmeal, bagel w/ cream cheese, muffin bar 3 pm
6 pm boxing werkout till about 7:30 or 8
last meal...protein shake (consume asap after last werkout) salmon, two pieces of wheat toast, and celery/carrot sticks with light ranch dressing

why the last mean ASAP?
and arew you trying to maintain or lose weight?

1) I meant eat a small meal 5-6 times a day, one every 2.5-3 hrs.
2) I maintain weight and have a very high metabolism.
3) ASAP because that's the time when your bod needs to replenish the most, right after a workout to heal those muscles with a protein shake.

You don't want to lose weight quickly, ever. The most you should be losing is 2 pounds a week.
