It's blowing real bad too so we have drifts. It is supposed to get up to 40 tomorrow, but right now it gets down in the single digits at night. I listen to the AM radio and hear that Ohio is much worse right now than we are.

We missed the last two two storms up here (Ottawa) but it has been C-O-L-D COLD. We also gots tons of snow this month before that. It's been a brutal December. At least it was gonna look nice for Christmas, but right now it's pouring rain outside  .

It's -41 right now here in Winnipeg! The heaters can't keep up so we have to wear sweaters, socks & thermals even inside our place. Plenty of snow outside from previous days' fall. We had a wet, dismal summer so we thought we'll have a warmer winter in return. But I think it's going to get worse! :(

....We were pretty nice today temp wise but had some rain. High around 78 I believe. My two and four year old have never seen snow and they get a kick out of the footage on T.V. showing snow all over the country. I gotta take em up north one of these winters to let em play in the snow.

Here in North Central Iowa, we just got our first real snow on Monday. Tonight its suposed to be around 10 below. Without windchill. I guess we have about 1.5 inches on the ground. Its colder than **** in the midwest!

I don't feel so lucky about the middle of July when it's 100 degrees and humid as hell. I hate cold weather though so I guess you can't have your cake and eat it too.
