just look up a book called "Starting Strength", i went from 71kg to 81kg in about 5 weeks and almost all of that was muscle, and i got a hell of a lot stronger. even if you don't want to put on that much weight you don't have to at all, just don't do the dietary recommendations in the book. i stayed around 71kg for the first couple of months of lifting so i could fight at that weight but got a fair bit stronger and then i decided to put on the bodyweight and it went on quick. i always used to find it impossible to put on weight before but basically because i didn't know what i was doing.
why the **** do you want to gain muscle?
your lucky 130lbs is where i want to be and im 2 inches taller than you
moneymayforever 08-12-2011, 10:30 AM hmm. thats a good question. why do i want to? probably a bigger body = an advantage? you could always train your speed/agility, but it takes times building strength. thats what i think though, not sure about others.

because not everybody wants limbs that resemble twigs.

girls call me "strap-man". i look weird man, you wouldn't want to be skinny.
moneymayforever 08-12-2011, 08:42 PM YES. being skinny isn't exactly what you want to be. TRUST me.
shezada 08-17-2011, 01:20 AM why the **** do you want to gain muscle?
your lucky 130lbs is where i want to be and im 2 inches taller than you
because not everyone wants to look like a skinny pu**y that girls are not attracted to because they weigh probably the same as them?
