The quibbling is over and Ring Magazine featherweight champion Manny Pacquiao has agreed to sign an amended addendum to his four-fight "Mother Contract" signed last March 1, 2004 with international promoter Murad Muhammad. The addendum merely puts down the specific details of two of the fights under the contract signed by Pacquiao and business manager Rod Nazario in which Murad holds the promotional rights for four fights with a minimum guarantee of a purse of $500,000. It was noted that Murad’s offer of $900,000 to fight Marquez and $1.750 million to face Erik Morales is way above the amount stipulated in the contract. Pacman could yet be the worst enemy of Pacman! He has to instill strict discipline to himself pronto, or he'll go the way of many Filipino champions before him who got drunk with fame but never knew when to sober up and got shamefully clobbered to oblivion!

Damn what happened to this guy. He was well disciplined before he fought Barrera but now.... he is doing some stupid things. Well i cant blame him though because he is just human and wants to relax sometimes.

first, pacman should get over his playtime, easy-come-easy-go attitude and focus on his career, he should learn from the lessons of compatriot Pancho Villa's tragic end...

In any case, Pacman needs to keep his act together not only for his own sake, but for the sake of the entire Filipino nation. He's the only Pinoy alive today who can rally, unite, inspire and give hope to the Filipino people in these times of despair and uncertainty!! ;)
