Hi guys, wondering if any1 can share some advice on diet tips etc! I recetly join a boxing gym to lose weight and because I love boxing I just started sparring an looking to enter my first amateur fight in few months I'm trying to lose about another ston to reach my target but were iv been going wrong is cutting down on carbs I find myself feeling very weak an have no energy during gym feel like I'm running on empty but I'm thinkin I should b taking in more xarbs to give me more energy to work harder in gym therefore still losing weight is this true!! An average daily meal plan would be appriciated thanks!!! P.S would having protein shakes in my diet help me and if so when would b best to use it thanks!!!

i bought a box of some sorta slim juice it helps you stop eating and release energy.. im like 130 now lol going down to 115 for a fight next month....

try eating this 1. breakfast 3 weatbix with 1/2 cup skim milk
oats with 1/2 cup skim milk
snack 1. low fat fruit yoghurt or fruit
lunch 1. 2 slices of grain bread
low fat cheese(cottage cheese) lean ham tomato and a piece fruit
before training snack 1.fruit,low fat yoghurt, dried fruit,small muffin,muesil bar
dinner 1.plam sized serve grilled chicken plus 1cup cooked veggies eg carrot,beans medium potato and 1/3 rice
drink heaps of water and green tea

Losing weight is actually a very simple process. You just have to create a caloric deficit, which essentially means just eating less. Usually the easiest way to do this is to stop eating junk and replacing some food with other foods that are healthier and lower in calories. So instead of eating a potato with your steak, eat vegetables instead. Or instead of eating a steak eat Chicken or Turkey instead.
As far as supplements look into straight caffeine pills. You can usually get this dirt cheap at a pharmacy under the brand name No-Doz. 200mg per tablet.
I personally do 200mg when I wake up, 300-400mg pre workout and then another 200mg post workout.
Green Tea Extract is another thing you can look into to keep your metabolism going. Use this with Caffeine and it works great.
I've found chewing gum to help a lot with controlling my cravings for food as well and if you want to go the risky but effective route, you can try Nicorette Gum.
I used to use Nicorette gum towards the end of my cuts. Buy a box of 2-3mg Nicorette Gum and chew it 2-3 times per day. You can't use it year round maybe 1-2 boxes at a time followed by a break to avoid addiction.
But I'm telling you it works wonders for shedding that last bit of bodyfat and gives you incredible feelings of euphoria and well being without having to stain your teeth by smoking cigarettes. Nicotine has effects on chemicals in the brain that control lypolysis which is the body's fat burning process.
However I would only recommend this as a last resort and/or until you get the point where absolutely nothing else works.
