I can't do a top 50 for such a short time period, so here's a top 10:
1. Ricardo Lopez
2. Pernell Whitaker
3. Julio Cesar Chavez Sr.
4. Roy Jones Jr.
5. Floyd Mayweather Jr.
6. Thomas Hearns
7. Manny Pacquiao
8. Jung-Koo Chang
9. Michael Spinks
10. Joe Calzaghe
1986 is a bad cut-off year... Leonard, Hagler, Duran, Holmes, and several others can't be included on this list for their accomplishments after 1986.

Going by that rational there is no way Spinks should make your list than. A close win over an aging Holmes, Stefan Tangstad, A drunk and inactive Cooney and a loss to Tyson are not things worthy of a top 10 ranking. Here are a few other names that could be included in and around the top 10.....Holyfield, McCallum, Azumah Nelson, Hopkins and Carbajal.
1. Pernell Whitaker
2. Roy Jones Jr
3. Julio Cesar Chavez
4. Evander Holyfield
5. Manny Pacquaio
6. Floyd Mayweather
7. Bernard Hopkins
8. Ricardo Lopez
9. Erik Morales
10.James Toney
I pretty much made this off the top if my head just this second and put almost no thought into it so I have probably missed off some guys in the lower half.

I see you have Mayweather over Pacquaio. You're one of the only people I have seen with that.
Back on 2007, I felt Mayweather was the greater of the two, now I feel it's Pacquaio (but not by much, IMO) but I don't think he's done that much since 2007, really.
Could you break down why you feel this way, I want a second opinion on it.

Not for me, my friend.
I understand Manny is a special fighter and amongst the greatest fighters in recent history but I don't think he's as great as others feel he is, personally.
