Well, I exercise everyday, go to like 24 hour fitness, lift some weights.. run 2 miles a day in the threadmill, I do shadowboxing too everyday for more than an hour but my problem is that after I do those things I get hella hunngry and I eat like a ****ing pig. I'm a rice eater and I eat rice A LOT everyday. I want to loose some weight but I think I have bulimia or some shit because I cant stop eating. What the hell is wrong with me? I was once 125 pounder and I gained 10 pounds in 6 months.

You're eating rice, question answered. Eat something that will fill you up for a longer period of time

Dude your problem is simple to solve! your gonna get hungry man when you train that hard! I wouldnt lose weight if I were you! your not a professional or amateur boxer and your young! you have to wait till you body grows into itself.

You should be eating high carb meals during the day for energy and before workouts and stop eating protien at about 3 pm. If you eat alot of carbs at nite you get a big ass gut.

you really gotta do your research man I am tooo lazy to keep typing over and over what you need to eat.

damn thats true man.. I noticed that too because my gut is getting a lil bit bigger :eek: ****ing rice, but I cant live without it though. thanks for the reply and the link.

well, rice will fill you up for a long period of time that I know, but I have to like burn it because if I dont, it will turn into fat. It gives me a lot of energy but it makes a person fat!! :mad:

Eat at least 5 light meals in a day. When you are doing that you can keep the hunger away. The meal should include 75% carbonhydrates, 20% proteins and 5% fat and drink a lot of water.
If that won´t work, include more food that contains fibers in your diet, as whole grain stuff etc. The fibers gives you the feeling of fullness.
Cut off all the white stuff as white bread, and white rice etc. They are just the trash and won´t help you in any way. Instead of that you can try to choose the whole grain rice and whole grain bread which has all the good stuff left in it.

You know what is junk food. Cut that off and try to eat by the healthy way.

Ma basic technique. Eat lil, EXERCISE ALOT. That's it. Even if you eat whateva shyt food, jest A LIL BIT! You could drink a bottle of cookin oil fo shyt! Exercise alot. I run 2 days a week fo 3 hours each, play basketball sumtimes, then Ima go skateboard fo like 4 hours errr otha day. That's it. and also, I like abs exercise. Ma shyt looks deadly right now. Once I get ma body formed to what I want, Ima post a pic hurr.

I venture to guess that you are still young and growing. Therefore, gaining weight is natural and I wouldnt worry about it.

Another thing is that if you are eating well and always working out I would say that you are gaining muscle mass and replacing the fat with good muscle.

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat.

Yo, good luck with the rice thang. Its gonna be hard to get it out of your diet. I know coz' I'm Filipino too. But should help if you do more cardio.

Maybe instead of 2 miles on the threadmill try it on the road or track. I don't know about you, but for me it feels like the machine was doing most of the work when I'm running on it. If you can't do that then just raise your distance from 2 to maybe 4 miles.

Do more reps with lighter weights.

i got same problem, i eat like a horse! after afternoon training session,, ill have an evening mel , then later on at nite eat another meal. the milkshakes really put weight on ya!
