im 145 kgs and i need to lose weight
im trying ive been drinking 3 lts of water a day
walking about 3 miles a day and eating less then
30 grams of fat a day but im not lossing weight
what am i doing wrong someone help me

You need to exercise your muscles, and curb the calorie intake. Most foods high in calories typically are high in some type of fat, so watching one helps with the other.
One thing I'd strongly suggest is along with walking, do aerobic activity. Most men feel uncomfortable doing Abs of Steel, etc., however, it works. Walking typically burns about 150 calories an hour, whereas aerobic activity (Abs of Steel for example) can burn upwards of 400 calories when done with other exercises.
The key to losing weight (in my eyes) is watching your calorie intake, eating smaller portions, and doing aerobic activity. Walking helps, but it definitely isn't the save-all that a lot of people give it credit to being.
