If the tape is tight will it **** up the hands?

i find it uncomfortable i donno though im not a doctor it cuts off your circulation and if your using your hands a lot and putting a lot of work on them it probably can, i make sure to never make them tight.

thy dont make them real tight
thats the reason why they add so much tape
so they dotn have to make it tight

its for the protection of your nuckles and wrist

it wont mess up your hands if properly taped

you would be better off getting mexican style wraps unless you are going to be fighting

I wouldn't want the tape to be insanely tight, But use alot of tape to add more protection to your Knuckles. You don't want to cut off circulation to your hand, you might get some problems then

tight wraps can cause damage. It's an art to do it correctly.
